Our landmen have extensive experience with metes and bounds, as well as HBP lands. WI, NRI and ORRI are provided on our ownership reports, as well as mineral and surface interests.
Right of Way
Friendly, personable, and experienced ROW agents are what you get with Equus Resources. From purchasing pipeline easements to injection well sites, we get it done. Detailed surface ownership reports can also be provided.
Lease Acquisition
Equus Resources can acquire leases for any size project, whether it be part of a section, one or more townships, or anything between. We utilize experienced lease buyers to obtain leases at or less than the client authorized maximums.

Our mappers provide only the highest quality maps to our clients, including Base, Lease Status, and ROW maps.
Title Curative
Our land professionals have a vast knowledge of curing title defects. We provide reliable curative satisfying DTO and DOTO requirments, and will procure necessary instruments if applicable.
Digital Imaging
Equus Resources can help control costs to clients by utilizing our digital imaging services. Travel costs and day rates can be dramatically reduced by utilizing imagers. An electronic copy of all imaged documents is provided on a disc, which can lower costs associated with DTOs and DOTOs.
